Granting a motion for a judgment on the pleadings and holding that two supervisory employees, who were being sued in state court under the ""co-employee gross negligence exception"" to the Iowa Workers Compensation statute, were not the ""insured"" under the employers liability insurance policy held by their employer; and, therefore, the insurer did not have a duty to defend them in the action in state court.
