Defendant's Motion to Dismiss denied

Defendant's motion to stay Counts I-IV and Count VI is granted pending resolution of the misappropriation claims previously submitted to arbitration. Count V is moot and is therefore dismissed. Defendant's motion to stay or dismiss Count VII is denied.

The Court stays the present action pending resolution of the June 10, 2002 motion filed in the New Jersey action.
