Cooperation in the process of discovery

Order granting in part and denying in part motion for attorney’s fees and costs incurred as a result of the failure of plaintiffs to attend a properly noticed deposition. Denying request for the fees and costs incurred before the plaintiffs’ failure to attend the deposition and thus not caused by the failure.  Granting request for fees and costs that were caused by the plaintiffs’ failure to attend the deposition.
