Conflict Lists

Local Rule 7.1(d) states that counsel is obligated to contact the Clerk's Office regarding the conflict list after a case is filed.  CM/ECF automatically searches for conflicts and notified the Court of any potential conflict(s).  You do not need to contact the Clerk's Office or Chambers.

If you would like a copy of a judge(s) conflict list, please contact the Clerk of Court at 515-284-6248 and the list will be provided to you.
